Shipping Time:

• All items are expected to ship within the same week.
• If an item is out of stock, shipping may take up to 2 weeks.
• Transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days. We cannot guarantee delivery within the stated number of days due to carrier issues, inclement weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Refunds/Returns:

• All sales are final once a shipping label has been created.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted due to COVID-19, except in cases of incorrect sizing or manufacturing issues.

Releases/Preorders:

• Please allow 3-6 weeks for production and arrival of all items unless otherwise specified.
• Production starts after the store closes (usually within 1 week).
• Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notice. Allow 3-5 days for delivery once the item is in transit.

Premade/In-House Prints:

• Ready-to-ship items will ship within 1-3 days after order confirmation.
• Orders are processed within 48-96 business hours.
• Items are shipped via USPS for domestic orders.

Order Processing Information:

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Lost Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers assume full responsibility upon purchase.
• Please contact USPS or your local carrier to locate your package or file a lost package report.

Incorrect Address:

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
• Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
• If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, the buyer will have to pay reshipping fees.

Privacy Policy:

• Customer information remains confidential and will not be shared or sold under any circumstances.
